Hello Tribe,
I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the last of what's left of summer! I know it seems like a sad time because it feels as if something is ending but I like to think of this time as a time of completion. A time to pause and review what we accomplished under the bright sun and long days.
We're not letting go of the summer magic just yet, but we are coming to terms with the end of the season, hence the "Embrace the End of Summer" workshop that Emily and I will be hosting at Second Chance Horse Farm next Saturday August 28th 1-3pm. We will be exploring the Earth element and discussing the stomach and spleen energy, functions, and characteristics. We will be working with specific essential oils that contain the essence of Earth; sweet & spicy.
The Earth holds and supports, inviting us to peel off the layers of society and just be. Together we will learn about these qualities in us, partake in a slow moving grounding practice focusing on our senses. We are all cyclical, always changing and morphing and the seasons are no different. We will honor these inner and outer cycles in our life and hopefully that can help come to terms with the changes in life. Class donation is $25, which will go to support the farm and the horses who call it home. Please RSVP by Friday August 27th via email at Sabrina@woventribeyoga.com
