Happy Spring! I'm excited to offer a second alignment workshop and sound healing bath at the end of the month! What's the saying? March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb? What better way to embody that than to have another alignment workshop followed up by a beautiful sound healing by Marek? A great way to close out this boisterous (and windy) month with a calming, healing, and soothing sound bath! Join us on Saturday March 30th 1-3pm at Yoga Synthesis in Ramsey. We will begin by reviewing some more common poses that we didn't get to in our first session like chair pose, half moon, pigeon and any other special requests that you would like to dive deeper into. Followed by a flow incorporating the poses we've reviewed. We will finish with a sweet treat for our bodies and minds with a sound bath by healer Marek. The workshop class fee is $35, you can pay cash the day of or Venmo, PayPal, or check. Please RSVP by Monday March 24th.
